What devices support Mobile Deposit?
United 1st Credit Union’s Mobile Deposit is available within the iOS and Android apps. It can be used on an iPhone and Android smartphones. It is not currently available for iPads and Android tablets. It is also not available on mobile web – only through the apps.
What are the fees for Mobile Deposit?
There are currently no costs to deposit checks through Mobile Deposit
How do I endorse the back of my check?
All checks deposited via mobile deposit must include these four requirements: 1) Member signature 2) Account number 3) the words "For Mobile Deposit Only" 4) United 1st CU
When will my deposit be credited to my account?
Mobile Deposit funds are posted twice a day, subject to credit union holds. The cutoff time for Mobile Deposits (to be considered deposited today) is 9:45am for funds to be released after 10:30am, and 5:00pm for funds to be released after 5:30pm. For determining the availability of Mobile Deposits, every day is a business day except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
What are the limits?
There is a $5,000.00 per transaction limit with a $10,000.00 per day limit to be deposited through Mobile Deposit.
How do I know my limit?
If you exceed the limit, Mobile Deposit will notify you at the end of the transaction that it has “failed”.
What happens if I have a check that exceeds my limit?
These items can be deposited at anyone of our six branches.
